Case reduced to Wet
I had a .09% BAC. Mr. Wallin got my case reduced to a wet reckless. All I had to do was pay a fine. My license didn’t get suspended and I didn’t have to go to jail.

Case Dismissed
I was arrested for a DUI in Orange County. Tom and his team got my case completely dismissed. I couldn’t ask for better results. I thought my life was over, but Attorney Wallin helped me to see that there were options and light at the end of the tunnel. I would trust him with any family or friends.

3rd offense No County Jail
My 3rd offense out of Orange County came from nowhere. I didn’t realize that I had a drinking problem. Tom helped me to see that I needed to change my life. He was able to get me city jail even though it was my 3rd offense. I haven’t touched a sip of alcohol since the incident.
